My methodology for developing learning solutions is multifaceted, drawing from a pool of systems and theory focused on enablement, empowering learners to become proficient and confident in their roles. Currently, as an Instructional Designer & Training Coordinator for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, I facilitate training, develop e-learning modules and multimedia content that instructs MHBE's Consumer Assistance Workers (CAWs).

With over 15 years of experience in the field of learning and development, I am passionate about creating engaging, effective, and accessible learning solutions that leverage visual communication, instructional models, and new technologies.

I have a firm grasp of Project Management principles, various Instructional Design Models, Adult Learning Theory, and I am a certified Associate Professional in Talent Development (APDT). I have a strong work ethic and team core values ingrained during my time in the US Navy submarine fleet.

I have proven expertise in project coordination, support of HR, global operations and marketing teams, and use of tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Captivate. My goal is always to create engaging learning experiences that prepare and motivate team members to take on the tasks at hand confidently.
